About instructor

As a trained and certified birth doula (Hypnobabies®), childbirth educator (Hypnobabies®), hypnotist (National Guild of Hypnotists, 5-PATH® and 7th Path®), lactation counselor (The Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice & Healthy Children Project), and trained babywearing instructor (Babywearing Institute USA), I support women, their partners, and their families throughout pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

In 2008, I have been honored with the task of bringing Hypnobabies to New York City! Since then, there is at least one new group starting every 6-8 weeks. Right now, all classes are online + live + interactive. Join us, I am scheduling end of 2023 groups, and we have a few spaces available in my December group!
